Thanksgiving Update

I know I'm a little behind, but better late than never :)  Thanksgiving for us was great.  We spent it with my side of the family out at our ranch (where we are currently living).  It was a fun & relaxing day, except for my Mom & me- we were cooking, so it was fun, but not overly relaxing.  Gracie was adamant about having the drumstick, she ate a good chunk of it too.

It was Danica's first Thanksgiving.  Since girlfriend loves to eat, she thoroughly enjoyed the day. Especially the mashed potatoes part of the day.

Maddie loves holidays.  She lives for holidays, literally.  She is constantly asking when the next holiday is.  "When is Easter?"  "How far away is my birthday?"  "How many days until Christmas?"  "What's the next holiday after this one?"  So, of course, she loved the festivities of the day & she got all gussied up for dinner in her best sparkley dress.

Joshie was a different story.  He like the first part of the day where he got to constantly snack on yummy hors d' oeuvres.  Unfortunately we had to wake him up in the middle of his nap to eat dinner.  He was cranky through most of the meal.  But he made it through & by tub time he was all smiles.

Overall it was a great Thanksgiving with lots of great food, and best of all family.  There are more pictures of the day in our photo album.
